Warranty Information

Properly Installing Your Mattress Cover Starting at the head of the bed, unzip the encasement and gather the fabric to locate the bottom two end corners. Together with a partner, lift each side of the end of the box spring and rest it on the knee. Align and apply the end corners first to the end of the box spring on each side. Carefully slide the encasement, inch by inch, down the length of the box spring, avoiding stress on the zipper end stop. Align the corners of the cover with the corners of the box spring. Zip the cover all around the box spring and secure the encasement by using the patented "Zipper with the Hook"®. Secure with Loop and Zip-Tie. Box Spring Corner Protectors Installation Instructions: Separate squares. Each square has a small slit cut at the top left corner. With the felt facing towards you, fold the small slit up and to the right. Attach the adhesive to the felt. This will create a protective wall for the box spring encasement. Apply to sharp corners of bed frame to avoid damage to box spring encasement. Caution: This is not a toy. Please keep away from children. Care Instructions: Our products are lightweight and easy to launder as your sheets. For quick clean ups between washings, lightly vacuum or wipe the surface with a damp cloth. To launder, simply wash and dry in moderate temperature. Do not use bleach. Our protectors dry quickly (approximately 15 minutes in most dryers). Warranty: Your protector is warranted against defects in workmanship and material. Structural damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper installation or not properly following the care instructions will void the warranty. Do not use bleach! The use of bleach or bleach products will void the warranty. This product is designed to keep bed bugs that are already in your bedding from feeding or escaping and to keep new bed bugs from entering and hiding in your bedding while secured with the patented "Zipper with the Hook"®. Sewn in Loop and Zip-Tie included to ensure tamperproof encasements. It cannot prevent bed bugs from entering your home or place of business. You must register your product for the warranty to be activated. You may register your product at www.mattresssafe.com/warranty. Warranty will not be honored without proof of purchase.
